The Tool Exchange Program is designed to give customers the option of being able to walk out with a refurbished tool when they bring in their broken tool. The program emphasizes speed and convenience when the need is more urgent. Plus, our exchange tools carry a 30 day parts and labor warranty.

There are two criteria which must be met for an exchange. First, we must have an equivalent in the exchange inventory. Second, the tool exchanged must be in repairable condition. This determination can be made by a Service Technician, the Service Manager, or the Salesman.

Our competitive pricing is based on historical repair data and recommended worn part replacement information from the manufacturer for each type of tool. All exchange tool prices are at least 25% less than the price of a new tool - giving price sensitive customers an alternative to the expense of a new tool.

Although the current program includes only Signode tools, Marsh tapers, and Marsh unicorn printers, Shippers Supply will be more than happy to create special programs for customers with specific tool(s) to ensure uninterrupted service from their equipment.

Our Tool Exchange Program is an additional dimension to our services that offers our customers the following:
